Return Policies
Things you should know before initiating a return:
Engraved and Monogrammed Products
All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
Transformable Sets/ Bundles
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a transformable set or bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.
Infinite Link Collection
We offer exchanges for a different size (same metal type and stone) for our Eternal Link pieces (engagement and wedding collection). Return policy is the same as any other products. Please see below.
All returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- All Transformable pieces must have all original parts
Can I exchange my products?
No, unfortunately at this time we are unable exchange orders.You can simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online. We hope to be able to provide a standard exchange service in the future.
